*Seeking for a Fund Specialist with minimum 4 years of banking experience dealing with Funds portfolio and has the ability to prepare Credit proposals/applications)*

THE COMPANY

With their long standing and solid presence globally, the bank is expanding. Currently, they seek for a headcount, Fund Finance Specialist to be part of their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Originate Fund Finance transactions (Real Estate funds, Private Equity, Private Debt etc.)
• Research/keep up-to-date on latest news to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure proper monitoring and prepare reports (e.g. Head office reports etc.)
• Prepare credit review/applications/rating and ongoing credit monitoring for the transactions
• Ensure proper loan documentation and follow up with various departments to complete transactions (e.g. Compliance, Legal, Credit Approval)
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance checks are performed
• Prepare Head office reports
• Any other adhoc duties and related projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
• Minimum 4 years of banking experience in Fund Financing or Structured Finance or Corporate Finance
• Ability to prepare Credit proposals/applications
• Independent, resourceful, highly analytical, diligent, focused and a team player
