We are looking for a committed and experienced Preschool Principal to lead our early childhood education centre. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure curriculum quality, lead the teaching team, and uphold compliance with ECDA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily preschool operations in line with ECDA standards
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff
• Develop and implement curriculum plans and school programs
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children
• Liaise with parents, address concerns, and maintain positive communication
• Monitor enrolment, budgeting, and centre performance
• Manage licensing, audits, and compliance matters with ECDA and other authorities
• Organise staff training, development, and performance reviews
• Plan and oversee school events, parent engagement activities, and outreach
• Uphold the school's vision, values, and high standards of care and education

Requirements:

• Certified by ECDA as L2 category and qualified to hold a Principal/Leader position
• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of teaching experience and 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well with children, staff, and parents
• Familiar with ECDA guidelines, licensing requirements, and curriculum frameworks
