We are a marine civil works company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Brokering Sales & Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and contribute across sales support, marketing research, administrative coordination, and vessel-related project assistance. The successful candidate should be comfortable with IT tools, data research, and have a basic

understanding of construction vessels and Singapore's marine industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• As broker to support in sourcing and promoting construction vessels (tugs, barges, dredgers & yachts etc.) for projects
• Conduct online and database research for market trends, competitor activity, and vessel availability
• Marketing efforts (online listings, vessel promotion, updating website and marketing materials)
• Identify potential projects, clients, and industry trends
• Manage sales administration tasks including follow-ups, filing, and report generation, preparing proposals, quotations, sales contracts, and documentation in compliance with Singapore regulations
• Maintain and update customer and vessel data using CRM tools
• Marketing tasks on updating company profiles, brochures, and online platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams for operational and legal support during deals
• Provide administrative support including filing, processing paperwork, and following up with clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates with internships in related industries are welcome to apply)
• Basic knowledge of construction vessels and marine project environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM platforms)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to perform online research and compile market or client data effectively.
