Fulfillment Sales Manager (E-commerce)

Job Summary:
As the Fulfillment Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the e-commerce fulfillment sector. You will work closely with e-commerce businesses to identify their logistics and fulfillment needs, offering tailored solutions that ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, deep knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes, and strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities within the e-commerce sector, focusing on fulfillment solutions.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential clients, build relationships, and close sales with e-commerce companies seeking fulfillment solutions in Singapore.
Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their specific business requirements, recommend customized fulfillment services, and deliver tailored proposals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure the seamless execution of fulfillment solutions for clients.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, logistics technologies, and market conditions to advise clients on best practices.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and forecast future sales to meet company targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing continuous support and maintaining long-term relationships post-sale.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and finalize agreements with clients.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the e-commerce or fulfillment industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and deliver high-quality sales presentations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of the Singapore market and regulatory landscape related to logistics and fulfillment is preferred.
