• Working Location: Sin Ming Drive
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.45am - 5.45pm), Saturday (8.45am - 4pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the accident reporting process and offer support with necessary documentation.
• Explain claims procedures and repair workflows to ensure clients understand their next steps.
• Liaise with workshops to track repair progress and keep clients informed of updates.
• Coordinate with surveyors and insurance providers to facilitate smooth and timely claims payouts.
• Handle general inquiries at the reception counter, offering assistance and information to clients.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support operations.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in motor car insurance or related fields.
