JOB DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITIES)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Involvement in concept design, design development, preparation of drawings, and 3D modeling.
- Able to undertake assigned projects and to co-ordinate all design and detailing matters.
- Preparation of tender package and execute tender procurement.
- Works with Clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- On-site construction supervision on design & technical coordination issues and contract administration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Master's Degree in Architecture recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in local projects, Fresh graduates can be considered.
- Skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshops, Sketch Up, and BIM Revit.
- Basic required skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Good interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills.
- Committed, resourceful, and able to self-motivate with good time management skills.
