Job Description

• Operate precision CNC turning/milling machine
• Perform CAD/CAM programming
• Simple setting up of work piece and tooling set up
• Perform machine maintenance
• Engage in process checks
• Ensure work procedures conforms to ISO & AS standards
• Account for productivity to Account Holder(s)
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Prepare setup work instruction and tool list for production use

Requirement

• Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in setting up and operating CNC milling / Turning centre.
• Good communication skills and able to work as a team
• Understanding of tooling criteria, machining applications and process documentation
• Min ITE Technical Certificate, preferably in Precision Metal Machining
