<ul> <li>Assist in clinic's day to day operations and functions.</li> <li>Provide nursing support.</li> <li>Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.</li> <li>Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.</li> <li>Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).</li> <li>Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.</li> <li>Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses.</li> <li>Other duties assigned by the Medical Director as required.</li></ul>
