Key responsibilities: -

• Assist in compliance matters including: -

• Conducting a full spectrum of CDD/EDD for the company's customers;
• Reviewing key aspects of company's operations to ensure adherence to the applicable statutory rules and regulations, MAS notices and guidelines, SGX rules and company's policies and procedures; and
• Resolving compliance-related questions and queries from management and colleagues.

• Assist in financial matters including:-

• Monitoring monthly transactions, bookkeeping and accounting;
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reporting to headquarters;
• Assisting in the preparation for audits and inspections; and
• Handling general ad-hoc administrative and ad-hoc secretarial works from the CEO and team.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in compliance, finance, audit, or other related fields / A-level applicable.

• Relevant certification in AML / CFT, risk and governance would be a bonus.

• 2 to 3 years experience required; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
