  • Support the Sales Team in the administrative duties.
  • Provide clerical support in matters relating to the preparation of letters, correspondences, quotations, proposals and minutes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Disseminate events related information to other departments.
  • Generate sales reports for management reporting.
  • Assist with all in-house sales related activities, sales calls, site inspections.
  • Monitor and maintain materials of usage.
  • All other related matters as and when required by the Manager.
  • To process room and group reservations in hotel PMS as assigned.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role preferred
  • Team player & good organizational skills
  • Resourceful with good attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft words and Excel
