Job Description
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within OEMs, tier suppliers, and operators in the transportation sector.
- Promote value-added interior surface materials tailored to customer needs (e.g., safety, sustainability, design).
- Coordinate with internal technical, design, and manufacturing teams to support project delivery and customization.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee pricing and forecasting.
- Track market trends, customer specifications, and regulatory standards relevant to transportation interiors.
- Report regularly on pipeline activity, sales performance and customer feedback.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in B2B industrial, materials or manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record in handling OEMs or large strategic accounts.
