Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, qualify leads, and generate interest in our software solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of our software and its applications, understand customer needs, and translate them into technical requirements.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive proposals that address customer challenges and showcase the benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Actively participate in sales meetings, negotiate deals, and assist in closing sales.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software, technical sales, or a related role.
- Proven experience in identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and driving sales.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and a drive to exceed expectations.
