Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, qualify leads, and generate interest in our software solutions.
  2. Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of our software and its applications, understand customer needs, and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive proposals that address customer challenges and showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Actively participate in sales meetings, negotiate deals, and assist in closing sales.
  5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software, technical sales, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and driving sales.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and a drive to exceed expectations.
