Key Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Assist in daily store operations, including front-of-house reception, kitchen coordination, inventory management, and service process optimization to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Execute marketing campaigns, including social media content planning, festive events, loyalty programs, and cross-industry collaborations to boost brand visibility and footfall.
- Communicate fluently in Chinese and English with customers, handle inquiries, complaints, and personalized requests to build strong relationships.
- Prepare operational reports, marketing summaries, and data analysis (e.g., footfall, revenue, repeat purchase rate) to support management decisions.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and HR; participate in new staff training to ensure company standards are implemented.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Able to communicate with clients and draft professional reports independently in both English and Mandarin.
- Skills & Experience:Prior experience in F&B or service industry operations preferred;
Marketing internship experience is a plus;
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data and report preparation. - Personal Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, execution, resilience, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
- Other: Comprehensive training provided (operations, marketing, leadership); suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
