Job Description

• Achieve sales and profitability targets within the assigned area and division.
• Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with management.
• Manage sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and implement onboarding plans for new customers.
• Deploy new programs, initiatives, and pricing strategies at customer sites.
• Develop and maintain relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
• Conduct regular business reviews and proactively manage at-risk accounts.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables to avoid credit issues.
• Identify and deliver value-added solutions to improve customer outcomes and reduce costs.
• Promote and enforce safety guidelines at customer sites.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the food manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills with ability to work independently with integrity and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
