Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes to lift and move materials, equipment, and other heavy loads

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cranes and related equipment

• Communicate regularly with supervisors and other team members to ensure that work is progressing as planned

• Maintain accurate records of crane operations and maintenance activities

• Follow directions from supervisors and other experienced operators to perform tasks safely and efficiently

• Participate in training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes on construction sites or other job sites

• Good understanding of crane operation and safety procedures

• Valid crane operator certification and/or state license

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Familiarity with rigging techniques and equipment

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Willingness to work in a variety of environments and conditions

• Good communication skills
