We are looking for an experienced WSHO cum FSM to oversee safety operations for a large-scale civil infrastructure project. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with workplace safety and fire safety regulations while fostering a strong safety culture on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with WSH Act, Fire Safety Act, and project-specific safety protocols
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and regular audits
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures
• Lead emergency drills, fire safety exercises, and toolbox meetings
• Maintain accurate safety records, permits, and reports
• Liaise with relevant authorities (MOM, SCDF, consultants) as required
• Support safety planning and implementation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Registered WSH Officer (MOM)
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (SCDF)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of local codes of practice and regulatory requirements
• Experience handling high-risk activities such as deep excavation or confined space work
• Good communication and leadership skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
