Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Acquiring new corporate clients for secured lending (Property)

• Manage and service existing accounts

• Promote company's range of financial products and offer guidance on loans

• Generate & achieve KPI targets assigned

• Build a strong network of business contracts to generate referrals

• Prepare credit proposals involving financial analysis

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Finance, Sales or related fields

• Minimum 1-2 years sales working experience in relevant industry

• Highly self-motivated, pro-active and result oriented

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team

• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends

• Experience in FINANCE INDUSTRY, term loans and mortgage loans advantageous
