• 9 months duration, subject to extension
• Up to $4800 Per Month
• Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Hybrid arrangement)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the L&D programmes and assess course recommendations.
• Support the communications (EDMs and collaterals), and the course administration/logistics.
• Support the performance cycle, including appraisal administration, review coordination.
• Assist in benefits administration, compensation reviews, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
• Support the development and rollout of the Competency Framework through competency mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR development initiatives, including meeting logistics, communications, documentation, and tracking of project progress.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Prior relevant experience in policy analysis and project management is preferred
