Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies - Plan and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract clients, and drive business growth
• Content Creation and Management - Create engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials tailored to financial products and services
• Digital Marketing and SEO - Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to generate leads and increase online presence
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis - Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
• Event Planning and Management - Organize and promote webinars, seminars, and industry events to engage clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Brand Management - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials while maintaining a professional and credible image
• Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with financial advisors, sales teams, and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Lead Generation and CRM Management - Implement lead generation strategies and manage customer relationships using CRM tools to track and nurture prospects
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence - Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with financial industry regulations and company policies
• Performance Tracking and Reporting - Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to optimize marketing efforts and ROI

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Ability to create clear, engaging, and professional content for various marketing channels
• Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising tools
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to improve marketing strategies
• A proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt to the fast-paced financial services industry
