Accounts Executive - AP & Inventory (SAP Environment)

• Code and process supplier invoices in SAP
• Reconcile vendor Statements of Account (SOA)
• Prepare and issue Non-Trade Debit Notes
• Create Purchase Orders (P/Os) in SAP
• Process trade-related invoices
• Manually post goods receipt and goods issue for non-EDI warehouses

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable and Inventory Management
• Solid knowledge of GST, Corporate Tax, and Financial Reporting Standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
