Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for a research assistant position available in the TTE Lab at the National University of Singapore. Our team addresses research questions on how biomaterials and microfluidic systems can be used to model after human tumours. Specifically, the successful candidate will be actively involved in a project investigating the generation of fibroblast heterogeneity. This project will span a variety of experimental approaches, e.g. sequencing, confocal imaging, biomaterials engineering, microfluidic systems. Overall, the research assistant will support the research team in terms of research, laboratory, and administrative needs.
Qualifications
• Possess a bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or materials engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and good team spirit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Open to fixed-term contract
