Job Title: Food Innovation & Launch Executive
Salary: $3,300 - $3,800 (based on experience)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Standard office hours (Mon-Fri)

• Develop and test new food products, from concept to launch
• Run tasting sessions and share ideas through clear, confident presentations
• Forecast how promotions or discounts might perform and track the results
• Write up protocols and SOPs to ensure smooth production and rollout
• Prepare costings, sales targets, and memos related to product changes
• Keep tabs on nutritional info and allergens for transparency and compliance
• Coordinate with labs for testing and approvals
• Answer customer questions around ingredients, nutrition, and more
• Negotiate with suppliers and evaluate cost-saving options
• Research food trends and competitors to stay one step ahead
• Source better ingredients and packaging to meet changing needs
• Work closely with teams like operations, IT, and logistics to ensure smooth launches
• Assist with ingredient orders and stock tracking
• Support product photoshoots to ensure everything looks as good as it tastes
• Take on ad-hoc tasks that support your team and bring projects to life
• Regularly review food costing to keep everything aligned

Requirements:

• 2+ years in F&B product development
• Diploma (any field) required
• Bonus: background or knowledge in logistics or procurement
• Strong team player with great follow-through
