Responsibilities:

• Supervise residents' daily welfare, discipline, and routines.
• Ensure safety and security through checks, patrols, and emergency response.
• Provide care and support for residents' daily living needs.
• Plan and lead educational, recreational, and engagement activities.
• Assist with admissions, taskforce duties, and restorative practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma with 2 years working experiences
• Independent, resourceful and responsible
• Firm in upholding the standards and responsive in dealing with people.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess strong communication and writing skills
