IT Industry - Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This is an office-based role focusing on inside sales admin and marketing support. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys backend sales processes and is keen to learn basic digital marketing to help maintain the company's online presence. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support to the sales team, including quotations, sales orders, and CRM updates
• Manage and update the company CRM system for both sales and marketing use
• Use tools like LinkedIn and Mailchimp to share company offerings and updates
• Help maintain the company's website and social media channels

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Min 2 years' working experience in sales admin, marketing support or a related role
• Willingness to work in IT industry and learn basic digital tools (Mailchimp, website CMS, social media)
• We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
