About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

Shadowing managers and learning the ropes across different functions

Supporting operations, strategy, marketing, finance, and/or business development

Taking ownership of mini-projects and reporting directly to management

Analyzing data and giving your take - no wallflowers here

What We're Looking For

Fresh graduate (Bachelor's or above) OR up to 2 years' work experience

Hungry to learn, unafraid to question, ready to roll up sleeves

Strong communication skills - written + verbal

Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Team player but independent thinker
