Project Manager / Site Manager

Location: Singapore
Salary Range: SGD 6,000 - 9,000 per month (depending on experience and project scale)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Project Manager / HOD in coordinating works for ongoing projects.
• Oversee and manage daily site operations and all matters related to construction progress.
• Supervise and monitor appointed contractors to ensure works are well-coordinated with stakeholders, tenants, subcontractors, and operations colleagues of commercial buildings.
• Ensure all projects are completed within budget, on time, and to high quality standards.
• Drive team performance to meet goals for customer satisfaction, quality, and safety.
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
• Support feasibility studies for new or potential projects.
• Identify potential construction-related issues or contractual disputes and implement effective solutions.
• Handle other ad hoc duties assigned by the Senior Project Manager / HOD.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of building construction project management experience in a main contractor environment (mandatory).
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management (qualifications recognized by PEB preferred).
• Proven track record in managing building construction projects, with experience in commercial and high-rise developments being an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
