Responsibilities:

• Manage cheque clearing processes and resolve related exceptions.
• Maintain and update customer and account static data accurately in banking systems.
• Process inward and outward remittances in compliance with regulations and SLAs.
• Assist with reconciliations, reports, and other back-office tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory) with at least 1 - 2 years' experience in bank operation roles
• Good communication and people skills
• Able to adapt to changing priorities, workload, and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment
