Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and highlighting hair.

Performing scalp treatments.

Provide training for all the staff

Monitoring staff performance

Work and shift roster planning for all the staff

Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits.

Handle customers' complaints and feedback professionally

Sales targets for staff, marketing including social media, merchandising, customer appointments.

Manage shop inventory, balance and audit all reported daily revenues

Good verbal communication.
