MAIN PURPOSE

Providing SAP Deployment, Application Maintenance Support for China & Travel Retail region, including mainland China, Hongkong and Shiseido Travel Retail (STR). Meanwhile, as well as engaging STR business stakeholders. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the business environment to achieve expected business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role facilitates the implementation/deployment and support of SAP modules/systems to enhance the business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
• SAP Process/Module/System: RTR (Record to Report) / Financial & Controlling (FICO), Business Planning Consolidation (BPC) & Business Intelligence (BI)
• Responsible primarily for Finance & Controlling business functions and provide related domain knowledge
• Together with FOCUS China & Travel Region regional AMS L1 team to collaborate with business stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams of Shiseido China, Hongkong, Travel Retail and Global to analyse business requirements, design solutions, support global AMS team to configure the SAP S/4HANA, BPC, BI systems and/or development, conducting testing, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. Primary focus is Shiseido Travel Retail
• Manage offshore centre vendor to provide AMS L1 support including trouble shooting, monitoring etc. Primary focus is Shiseido Travel Retail
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RTR processes and system functionality in the SAP S/4HANA, BPC & BI environment, working closely with Global technical teams and SAP support if necessary
• Collaborate with regional/local IT team on integrating local systems process with SAP S/4 for Shiseido Travel Retail
• Engage business stakeholders in Shiseido Travel Retail
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of solid hands-on experience on RTR (FICO), BPC & BI Customization and Implementation and comes with at least 2 Full Life Cycle implementations experience
• In-depth business knowledge and process design skills especially in RTR (FICO)
• Strong experience on development and customizing of reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions within the SAP S/4HANA framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision as well as a team player and can manage own workload
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• SAP certification in RTR (FICO), BPC, BI or relevant modules, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, is a plus.
