3:00 AM - 12:00 PM (OT may be required)

Shift Pattern: 4 days work 1 day off (repeating schedule)

Gross salary up to $2,500 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and prepare ingredients (e.g., vegetables) following recipes and production schedules.
• Cook ingredients to required temperatures, adhering to food safety standards and proper cooking techniques.
• Assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently, following standardized recipes, portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
• Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring proper sealing, labeling, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation; clean equipment and surfaces before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow proper waste disposal protocols to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in receiving and storing ingredients, enforcing FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation.
• Collaborate effectively with other production team members to achieve daily production targets

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience needed as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Keen eye for detail, ensures precision and accuracy in all tasks.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, works efficiently under pressure.
• Physical stamina required - Must be capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy items as needed.
• Must adhere to shift schedule, willing to work a 4-days-on, 1-day-off rotating schedule and start shifts at 3:00 AM.
