Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Co-head of Sales to develop and execute the sales strategy, partnering with the Sales Team both in region and globally to leverage the opportunity set and drive the Repo business.
  • Contribute to the development of the Repo product strategy, working closely with the Product Management team to understand the key drivers as well as sharing information and ensuring a close alignment with the sales team's focus;
  • Build and develop key relationships both internally and with the broader Tradeweb customer base, establishing oneself as a 'go to' person for Repo market intelligence and specialist information; educate others and provide presentations / demonstrations as necessary;
  • Help grow Tradeweb's market share in the Global Repo market, keeping up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain competitive advantage;
  • Maintain prospect pipeline in Salesforce and convert prospects into clients.

Qualifications
  • Repo product expertise
  • Strong network of buy side Repo contacts
  • Strong relationships with Asia based buy side repo clients preferred
  • Ability to drive and execute a sales strategy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
