Job Title: Assistant Centre Manager (Math & English Enrichment)

Location: Lakeside MRT (West Region)

Job Type: Full-time Contract (1 Year, Renewable)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 per month ( Excluding Performance Bonuses )

Key Responsibilities

- Enrolment Growth: Implement strategies to increase student sign-ups

- Team Leadership: Guide 3-5 trainers through coaching and quality assurance

- Parent Engagement: Conduct progress reviews and address feedback

- Operations Management: Oversee daily centre activities during operational hours

- Teaching: Conduct engaging classes using play-based and structured methodologies, conduct 18-20 teaching hours/week

Work Schedule :

- Tuesday-Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

- Saturday-Sunday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

- Fixed off-days: Mondays

Requirements:

✔ For Singaporeans/PRs Only

✔ Education:

- Diploma/Degree in Education, Mathematics, English or related field

✔ Experience:

- Minimum 3 years teaching Math/English (enrichment or school)

- At least 1 year in supervisory/leadership roles

✔ Skills:

- Excellent communication (parents/students)

- Basic data analysis for progress tracking

- Classroom management
