We're partnering with a leading player in the marine navigation and communication industry to hire a passionate and driven#OutdoorSalesExecutive.

Location: West Singapore | Training Provided (start from sales coordination for 6 - 12 months then will front the clients and meet them face to face when needed)

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing:

• Manage and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of sales transactions.

2. Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Escalate complex concerns to relevant departments when necessary.

3. Sales Team Support:

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as generating reports and maintaining records.
• Register the company as an approved vendor when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, end to end order processing, role is preferred.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Personality: A proactive team player with a positive attitude, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
