Japanese Kitchen Lead (Up to $3,400 | 5-6 Days | Growth Ahead)

Location: Central area
Salary: Up to $3,400/month
Work Week: 5 or 6 days
Cuisine: Japanese (Sushi, Donburi, Tempura & more)
Career Track: Clear path to Sous Chef

  • Cook up sushi, sashimi, donburi, grilled, and fried dishes with precision
  • Support smooth daily operations alongside the Head Chef
  • Lead and guide junior staff
  • Make sure every plate looks and tastes spot-on
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
  • Manage stock and ordering so we're always ready for service
  • Confidently take the lead when the Sous or Head Chef is away

We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has 2+ years of kitchen experience
  • Is dependable, team-minded, and loves steady improvement
  • Can commit to a 5-6 day work week
  • Takes pride in the details, from prep to plating
