Senior / Architectural Coordinator (MRT Project) - Leading Civil A1 Main Contractor

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Civil A1 main contractor for an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile MRT infrastructure project in Singapore. This is a pivotal role for a Senior or Architectural Coordinator who thrives in complex, large-scale construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all architectural aspects of the project lifecycle - from design development to construction and completion.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure architectural works are executed according to specifications, timelines, and budget.
• Review architectural drawings and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with statutory standards and requirements.
• Provide technical support and resolve site issues related to architectural works.
• Participate in design coordination meetings, site inspections, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural coordination experience, preferably in infrastructure or MRT projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, LTA/MRT regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
