Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage restaurant daily operations.</li> <li>Overseeing food and beverages quality to ensure compliance with SFA's food safety standards.</li> <li>Supervision and training of restaurant employees.</li> <li>Maintaining of inventory, ordering of supplies, and managing of budgetary and financial aspects.</li> <li>Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback professionally.</li> <li>Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Preferred with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in F&B environment.</li> <li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Able to work on weekends and public holidays.</li></ul>
