Guest Experience Specialist (5-Day Week | Career Growth | Up to $4K++)

• Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism
• Juggle reservations and walk-in
• Coordinate seating to ensure fairness, flow, and minimal wait times
• Handle inquiries and guide guests through their visit
• Remember names, preferences, and the little things that make people feel seen
• Communicate with the back-of-house and service teams to keep operations seamless
• Support your supervisor in managing daily front-of-house tasks

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in hospitality (or similar fields)
• Warm, calm, and composed under pressure
• Great communicator and team player
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset
• Bonus if you have experience with POS/reservation systems

Work Location & Hours:

• Location: South Singapore (near MRTs, easy commute)
• Schedule: 5-day work week, rotating shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night)
  Night shift is optional and comes with additional allowance
• Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,100
• Gross Salary Potential: Up to $4,000++ (includes OT, bonuses, allowances)
• Sign-On Bonus: 1 month's salary upon confirmation
