- Conduct regular reviews to uphold the quality of course delivery \t\tand customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate trainers, administrative staff, and other \t\tteam members.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and \t\tfacilitate professional development.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and SSG guidelines.
Course Management and Development
- Work with trainers and curriculum developers to design and \t\timprove courses aligned with SSG objectives.
- Monitor course performance and implement strategies for \t\timprovement based on participant feedback and market needs.
Customer Relations and Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, employers, \t\tand other stakeholders.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and \t\ttimely manner.
- Promote training programs and ensure high participant \t\tsatisfaction.
Business Development and Reporting
- Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities, \t\tincluding new courses or partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including enrollment \t\trates, feedback scores, and financial results.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and relevant \t\tauthorities.
