Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pest control services. This role involves scheduling, dispatching, and managing pest control technicians, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate and schedule pest control jobs, ensuring technicians are dispatched efficiently to meet client needs.

Team Coordination: Communicate daily with pest control technicians to manage schedules, provide job details, and address any operational issues.

Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on operational efficiency, technician performance, and client satisfaction.

Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues that arise during operations, finding solutions that maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Admin experience with a good understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) preferably.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality service delivery.
