We are seeking a Sales Coordinator fluent in English, Japanese and Mandarin to drive our international expansion into North Asia markets. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and coordinating sales strategies across diverse regions in Asia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new overseas business opportunities in the food catering sector
• Coordinate communication between international clients and internal teams
• Conduct market research to understand local needs and regulations
• Translate and localize marketing and sales materials as needed
• Support contract negotiations and manage customer onboarding processes
• Provide exceptional customer service in multiple languages
• Attend trade shows, virtual expos, or client meetings as needed

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, Japanese and Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferably in food, hospitality, or related industries)
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able and willing to travel overseas with minimal notice
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field preferred
