Job Title: Account Admin Executive

Job Scope:
  • Handle general office admin duties (filing, data entry, document handling)
  • Account general entry
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors
  • Support HR and finance team
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure things run smoothly

Requirements:
  • Minimum O-Level or Diploma
  • 1-2 years of admin experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to handle sensitive information confidentially
