Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Experience Leadership:
Spearhead the development of direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital experiences, customer segmentation, service capabilities, and voice of customer initiatives.
Lead backend orchestration across Planning, Order to Cash, and Financial Value Creation platforms for the Brand Scalers program. - Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Manage and mentor a team of business analysts.
Provide strategic direction, ensure high-quality deliverables, and monitor performance to ensure on-time project completion. - Business-Capability Alignment:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure solutions meet functional and strategic goals. - Technology Strategy:
Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy that incorporates UX optimization, automation, data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance operations and visibility. - Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Champion new technologies and methodologies to reduce costs, boost efficiency, and improve customer service.
Promote best practices and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team. - Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other sessions to elicit business requirements.
Translate business needs into precise technical specifications and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Project Management:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives.
Manage project plans, resources, risks, and reporting to ensure successful execution. - Partner & Vendor Management:
Collaborate with technology vendors and platform providers.
Assess proposals, manage relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. - Change Management & User Adoption:
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and systems.
Provide training and support to business users. - Data Governance & Security:
Work with security teams to implement robust data governance and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. - Performance Metrics & KPIs:
Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, business analysis, and project leadership.
- Strong understanding of front-end customer experience and back-end operational platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Knowledge of data governance, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
