The In-Store VIP Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the store's top-tier clientele to drive sales, brand loyalty, and an exceptional personalized experience. This role plays a key part in the store's clienteling strategy, ensuring high-value customers receive white-glove service aligned with the brand's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients.
    Maintain a comprehensive VIP database with purchase history, preferences, and key milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
    Provide tailored styling advice and product recommendations based on customer profiles.
  • Sales Performance:
    Drive store revenue by increasing VIP client frequency and average transaction value.
    Partner with the sales team to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    Track and analyze VIP KPIs and report on performance regularly.
  • Clienteling Strategy & Execution:
    Organize private appointments, exclusive previews, and in-store experiences.
    Coordinate and host VIP events (trunk shows, product launches, etc.) to enhance engagement.
    Ensure exceptional pre- and post-sale service, including special orders and follow-ups.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Train and coach sales associates on clienteling best practices.
    Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and CRM teams to identify and target VIP clients effectively.
  • Brand Representation:
    Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold luxury service standards at all times.
    Stay informed about new products, trends, and brand campaigns to communicate confidently with VIPs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record in managing high-net-worth clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong organizational and CRM management skills.
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and delivering high-touch experiences.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of local luxury clientele demographics and preferences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
