• Continuous learning and application to improve Dealer operation.
• Critical thinking and Analytical skills to Identify problems with support of KPIs.
• Good ability to communicate work as team with stakeholders and Asia Distributors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields with 1-2 yrs experience, no experience is welcome to apply.
• Proficient in numbers/figures for data analysis and able to generate report.
• Eager and fast to learn, open-minded for feedbacks and improvement.
• Highly competent with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Communication Skills, possess analytical and problem solving skills.
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, matured, self-disciplined with good time management.
• Able to travel, work off site at dealerships and workshops, and work long hours if needed.
