Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Conduct cold calls and in-person meetings to engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and IT business partners through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to ensure timely responses and successful conversions.
  • Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of proven B2B sales experience or related working experience.
  • A go-getter with a hunter mentality and strong desire to win.
  • Keen to develop consultative selling skills and motivated by achieving sales goals.
  • Prior exposure to IT-related products or services will be an added advantage.
