• Responsible for daily outlet operations which include effective scheduling, employee communications and training
• Ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards compliance with regulations
• Create a positive and rewarding customer experience
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and customers satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned
• For Management Trainee - Fast track to Outlet Manager in 6 months (depending on performance)
• Wok experience preferred
