Operation and Sales Assistant | Training Provided | 5 Days | Up to $2.5k | Raffles Place

5 days, 9am-6pm

Salary: $2100-$2500

Location: The Arcade (Raffles Place)

Company industry: Full-service container leasing company

Job scope:

• Updating of container movements into system and contracts on a timely manner
• Issuance of invoices to customers and verifying supplier invoices.
• Generation of reports
• Prompts follow up with customers and suppliers on outstanding issues.
• Assist to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist to handle enquiries from new and existing customers and suppliers.
• Visits to potential, existing customers and suppliers as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE Certificate
• 2 years of experience in related trade or shipping/forwarding/NVOCC business will be preferred
• Training will be provided
