• Own the Flow: Coordinate guest movement, seating, and waitlists

• Collaborate Seamlessly: Work hand-in-hand with Assistant Managers to make sure the whole shift runs tight.
• 3-5 years of F&B experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Calm under pressure
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong communicator with a natural sense of responsibility

• Base Salary: $2,700 - $3,500
• Gross Monthly: Up to $4,000++ (with OT, shift pay, bonuses)
• Sign-On Bonus: One month of base pay (after confirmation!)
• Other Perks: Night shift allowance, performance incentives
• Schedule: 5-day work week | Rotating shifts (AM / PM / Night)
