Job Title: Stewarding Team Lead (Back-of-House)
Location: South Singapore
Job Type: Full-Time | Rotating Shifts
Salary: Up to $3,500++ (includes OT, shift & night allowances + bonuses)
Sign-On Bonus: One-month salary (upon confirmation)

• Lead daily shift operations
• Enforce hygiene & safety SOPs
• Keep inventory in check
• Plan and run deep cleans
• Support your team on the ground
• 2+ years in stewarding or back-of-house kitchen work
• 1+ year leading or supervising a team (ideally in F&B)
• Strong understanding of cleaning systems and hygiene protocols
• Hands-on leadership style, not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Calm under pressure, and a clear communicator
