The Producer / Senior Producer will work closely with AHL Management, the Festival Director and key stakeholders to support the development and implementation of the Singapore International Festival of Arts (SIFA) as an enriching experience for both artists and audiences, while positioning SIFA as a significant event in Singapore's arts and cultural landscape.

- Driving efforts to heighten SIFA's local and international profile as AHL's flagship event and as a leading international contemporary arts festival.
- Building strong and long-term partnerships with artists and arts organisations, both locally and internationally.
- Growing audience engagement and outreach to foster greater arts appreciation across diverse audience segments.
Duties and responsibilities
Producing & Project Management
- Serve as an integral member of the AHL Producing team to plan and deliver multiple editions of SIFA as part of its broader festival cycle.
- Manage or lead end-to-end project delivery of assigned programmes, including commissions and other presentations. This includes anticipating resource needs and leveraging on AHL's platforms, partnerships and infrastructure
- Work closely with other AHL departments, particularly Marketing, Communications and Partnerships, to optimise visibility, maximise revenue potential and build stakeholder relationships that strengthen the brand identity of both SIFA and AHL.
Administration, management and budget
- Support or lead the financial management of assigned programmes, including budget preparation, monitoring, reforecasting and reconciliation. Ensure assigned programes are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts and licensing, ensuring terms are fit for purpose of assigned programmes. Work with the wider producing team and relevant AHL departments to ensure compliance with contracting and procurement frameworks, and adherence to funding and organisational guidelines.
- Support the definition and tracking of KPIs for assigned programmes, ensuring timely updates of project progress and alignment with funder and organisational requirements. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for audit, reporting and internal knowledge management.

- To carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management
Education
- Degree in arts, arts management, a relevant professional qualification in a related field.
Experience
- At least 6 to 8 years in programming/producing within an arts institution, arts-centred festival, or equivalent role in the arts sector.
- Strong knowledge of the local performing arts scene, including familiarity or understanding of audience preferences and community needs.
- Demonstrated programme management experience in the arts, including administrative, production or marketing initiatives.
Skills
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage or oversee multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work on weekends and after office hours as required.
- Weekend or night hours may be necessary, dependent on programmes.
